Why have a Chemical Peel?
A Chemical Peel will visibly improve your skin's appearance immediately.
Chemical Skin Peel's are especially effective exfoliation treatments, removing dead skin cells on the surface and penetrating deeper into the dermis to reveal the brighter and newer skin underneath.
I can, in particular, recommend my Chemical Peel skincare treatment to anyone suffering from acne and open pores. It is also really helpful in treating skin pigmentation problems as well as improving the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Additionally, as with all exfoliating skin treatments, the action of the peel stimulates the production of collagen and new skin cells.
What is a Chemical Peel?
A Chemical Peel is not as hardcore as it sounds. I use a 40% Glycolic Acid solution that falls in the category of a "Medium" level chemical peel.
The Glycolic Acid is contained in a serum of other active and natural ingredients that soothe the skin and boost the effectiveness of the treatment. The serum is applied like a face mask and left for about 1 minute - although this will depend on your skin type, any skin issues you have and also the particular results you want to achieve.
